Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake

- 1 Double Chocolate Cake recipe, baked in 9x13-inch pan
- 1 container Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
- Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce
- OREO cookies, broken into pieces
- 8-10 quart sized mason jars
Instructions
Directions:
- Bake Double Chocolate Cake recipe in 9x13-inch pan and cool completely. Freeze cake for 30 minutes.
- Remove cake from freezer and use cookie cutters the same size as your jar to cut out cake circles.
- In each jar, layer one cake circle, mint ice cream, one cake circle, mint ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Top with OREO pieces.
- Freeze for 1 hour or serve immediately.
