Kahlua Cake

Ingredients

Ingredients | Cake:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Ingredients | Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua

Instructions

Directions | Cake:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a Bundt pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, Kahlua, eggs and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cake tester inserted near center comes out clean.
  • After removing from oven, invert onto serving platter and drizzle glaze over the top of cake.

Directions | Glaze:

  • Mix together powdered sugar and Kahlua until smooth.
  • Drizzle over warm cake. |NOTE: Because of the Kahlua in the glaze, this cake is for adult consumption only.|
