- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa powder

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch round cake pan.
- Melt chocolate, butter, and espresso powder in double boiler over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in sugar then eggs until well combined. Fold in cocoa. Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
