Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
• In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine cake mix, butter, eggs, and oil until well mixed and dough forms. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets and place 2-inches apart.
• Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cookies begin to crackle and are slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
