Directions:

• Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll pie dough out into pie plate and crimp edges.
• Bake pie crust for 12 minutes or until edges start to brown.
• Remove pie crust from oven and cool completely.
• In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until combined.
• Add pudding mix and milk and mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread pudding mixture into cooled pie crust.
• Grate white chocolate over the top of the pie.
• Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Be sure to store leftovers in the refrigerator.
