Stovetop Cookies (Peanut-Free)


In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, chocolate chips, and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to keep chocolate from burning. Once mixture starts to bubble, cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted and mixture thickens.
Remove from heat; add SunButter or Barney Butter and oats.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
