Pizza Dough


In the bowl of a stand mixer with dough hook attached, combine flour, salt, and yeast. Mix until incorporated.
Add water and olive oil. Mix until dough ball forms and all dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Knead dough on floured surface and form round ball. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1-1/2 hours until doubled in size.
When you are ready to make pizza, roll dough out onto pizza pan. With a fork, lightly press holes in the dough.
Place in a preheated 425°F oven. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove and top with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake pizza for an additional 20 minutes.
