Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars


Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.
In the bowl of an electric stand mixer with the paddle attached, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until well combined.
Press half the dough into prepared pan.
Top with oats, dark chocolate chips, and toffee chips.
Drop clumps of remaining dough over chocolate chip layer.
Sprinkle semisweet chips over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
