Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake


Ingredients:
1 Double Chocolate Cake recipe, baked in 9x13-inch pan
1 container Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce
OREO cookies, broken into pieces
8-10 quart sized mason jars

Bake Double Chocolate Cake recipe in 9x13-inch pan and cool completely. Freeze cake for 30 minutes.

Remove cake from freezer and use cookie cutters the same size as your jar to cut out cake circles.

In each jar, layer one cake circle, mint ice cream, one cake circle, mint ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Top with OREO pieces.

Freeze for 1 hour or serve immediately.
