Ham and Swiss Sliders

Brown rolls with black poppy seeds on top, ham and cheese in the middle

Ingredients:
 24 Hawaiian rolls or slider-size buns
 24 slices deli ham
 12 slices baby Swiss cheese
Ingredients | Sauce:
 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tsp honey
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Ingredients | Topping:
 ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray the foil.

Cut rolls in half with a serrated bread knife. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet.

Cover rolls with half of the ham slices. Layer cheese slices over ham. Top cheese with remaining ham slices.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, teaspoon of dijon mustard, and teaspoon of honey. Mix well. Drizzle over the top layer of ham.

Place the top buns back on.

In another small bowl, mix together melted butter, teaspoon of Dijon mustard, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush mixture over the top and sides of rolls.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until tops are slightly brown and cheese is melting out the sides.

Serve warm.
