Toasty brown oats and nuts

Ingredients:
 2 cups old fashioned oats
 2 cups quick oats
 1 cup pecan halves
 ½ cup sliced almonds
 ½ cup unsweetened coconut
 ¼ cup brown sugar
 ¾ tsp salt
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ cup honey
  cup vegetable oil
Directions:

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line cookie sheet with foil.

In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans, almonds, coconut, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Add honey and oil. Mix until mixture is wet and all dry ingredients are well coated.

Spread in an even layer in prepared pan. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes until mixture is brown and toasty.

Let granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
