This ooey gooey chocolate delight is perfect for a family meal or holiday feast.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Unroll pie crust and press into pie plate.
In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, melt butter, sugar, and chocolate for 1-2 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking time. Once chocolate is totally melted (be careful not to burn chocolate), mix well with wire whisk.
Add vanilla. Beat in eggs. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake for 50 minutes or until set in center. Crust will crack when cooling. Serve warm.
