Cream Cheese Brownie Pie


Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in pie pan.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, and 3/4 cup sugar stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
Whisk in 2 eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Pour brownie mixture into prepared pie crust.
In a small bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk 1 egg into cream cheese mixture. Pour cream cheese layer over brownie layer and swirl with knife.
Bake pie for 50-55 minutes or until center is set. Do not overbake. You want the center to be fudgey. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
