Chocolate Pudding Pie


Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll pie dough out into pie plate and crimp edges.
Bake pie crust for 12 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Remove pie crust from oven and cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until combined.
Add pudding mix and milk and mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread pudding mixture into cooled pie crust.
Grate white chocolate over the top of the pie.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Be sure to store leftovers in the refrigerator.
