Chocolate Chip Coconut Pie

Chocolate Chip Coconut PIe

 1 unbaked pie crust
 ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 ½ cup granulated sugar
 ½ cup packed brown sugar
 2 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  tsp salt
 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place unbaked pie crust in pie plate.


In a large bowl, whisk butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and whisk well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. Pour into pie crust.


Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm.
