Cheesy Sausage Bread


Make pizza dough according to directions.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute onions and sausage until cooked through. Add spinach and mix until wilted.
Roll dough out on floured surface to 10x15-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese over dough leaving half-inch border at the top (long side).
Sprinkle garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes over cheese.
Spread sausage mixture over cheese/seasoning layer.
Roll dough, jelly-roll style, making sure to seal seams and fold-in ends.
Place loaf on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in 400°F preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden.
After removing from the oven, brush butter over the top of the loaf. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
