Carrot Cake Donuts


Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat cake mix, buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined. Scoop batter into a quart-sized plastic bag. Seal bag. Cut a hole in bottom corner of bag and pipe donut batter into pan filling each 2/3 full. Be careful to not drip in donut center.
Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before icing.
For Icing: In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in milk to spreading consistency.
