Caramel Espresso Brownies


Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa, and coffee. Mix well.
Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Stir in caramel bits and chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Dust top with powdered sugar before slicing (optional).
