Caramel Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in pie pan and flute edges.
In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp butter, 3 Tbsp flour, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Toss to evenly coat apples. Place apple mixture in prepared crust. Drizzle caramel dip over apples.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, and oats. Use fork or pastry knife to cut in 1/4 cup butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
NOTE: If the edges of crust start to get too brown, place strips of foil over outside edge of crust.
