Butterscotch Blondies

Butterscotch Blondie

Ingredients
 1 box yellow cake mix
  cup unsalted butter, softened
 3 eggs
 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup butterscotch morsels
 ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.

Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg in large mixing bowl. Beat until coarse crumbs form. Press into pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

While crust is baking, beat condensed milk, vanilla, and remaining eggs in medium mixing bowl.

Remove crumb mixture from oven and top with butterscotch chips. Pour condensed milk mixture over chips. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and cool.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the top before slicing into bars.
