Banana Bread


Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 8x4-inch loaf pan.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with paddle attached, mix bananas until mashed and creamy. Add melted butter and mix well.
Mix in baking soda, salt, and sugar until well combined. Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in the flour until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Transfer banana bread to cooling rack and let cool completely before slicing.
