Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup regular cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa
  • 2 1/2 cup non-fat milk powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
  2. Place mix in an airtight container.
  3. When you are ready to make hot chocolate, add 3-4 tablespoons of the mix to a mug. Pour 6-8 ounces boiling water over mix and stir well. Add your favorite mix-ins, like marshmallows, chocolate shavings, cinnamon, whipped cream, or peppermints.
