  • 1 (4 oz.) tub mini Oreo cookies
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients on box)
  • 1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In food processor, grind cookies and butter until coarse crumbs form. Press crumb mixture into bottom of 9x9-inch square pan.
  3. Mix brownie mix according to package directions. Pour half the batter over the crumb mixture. Set other half aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over brownie batter.
  5. Spread remaining brownie batter over cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
