  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • semisweet chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, butter, eggs, and oil until smooth and well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls (I use a medium cookie scoop.) onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies start to crackle.
  3. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over each cookie.
