  • 1 box Confetti cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine cake mix, butter, eggs, and oil until well mixed and dough forms. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets and place 2-inches apart.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cookies begin to crackle and are slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
